Dear Friends and Family,
The weekend was a weekend of scurrying for Mr. mouse. A late conference call on Friday led to an early conference call on Saturday which fortunately did not morph into an office visit on Saturday or an office visit on Sunday, but instead to a late conference call on Sunday. Wonderful.
Saturday morning, P and I went out for a walk while Mr. mouse watched the house cleaners. It was a lovely morning and P spent the walk intently watching the changing scenery in front of her. We stopped by the park on the way home; then, we picked up Mr. mouse and headed out for brunch.
Saturday afternoon was spent at Toys R Us / Babies R Us picking up P's "big girl safety chair" since she's become bored with the safety pod. The new seat lets her look out the window and gives her more room. Unfortunately, at her current growth trend, she'll be backward facing until she's almost a year old. Poor P. She was playing in her seat at home Saturday night, refusing to get out of it. It was quite cute to say the least.
Sunday morning we surprised Mr. mouse with his Beh's Day gift. P made him a card and the teachers at school made him a mug. I made him a rattle filled with Pepsi MLB caps good for one free baseball cap of his choice. And, I gave him a certificate good for a baseball outing a year with P.
We hit the grocery store. Then, we met up with Mr. mouse's friends for a day at the aquarium. We had dinner at home then everyone turned in a little early for the night. And, now it's Monday and I need to scurry to get ready for work.
Cheers!

PS: Noticed two more teeth beginning to sprout, I think, on the bottom, one on each side of the two center teeth.
