Dear Friends and Family,
We went in yesterday for the follow-up check-in after last week's subchorionic bleeding incidents. Here's the medical log:
Nurse left me with same instructions as last time - no exercise, no intercourse, no heavy lifting for a week after the bleeding stops. She's feeling a lot better about the whole situation. Monday, you could tell the amount of blood had her rattled until she saw the ultrasound. And, Tuesday, she was really rattled from the fact that the cramping had gotten so bad and that there were now two bleeding sites. Yesterday afternoon, she had a smile on her face. Guess we continue to soldier on. First ob/gyn appointment is on Friday 10/17.
On a less catastrophic note, the crazy burping, coughing, nausea, queasiness has passed for the morning and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time.
Cheers!
