Dear Friends and Family,
And, just like that, we're into the latter half of 2008.
We spent the weekend in the Twin Cities - attending a baby shower, seeing friends, watching golf, playing Guitar Hero, eating peanut brittle, buying Nordicware and walking the streets of Stillwater. We flew out Friday night and stayed until Monday morning. It was nice, not to be rushed Saturday morning or Sunday night (even if it means I'm a day behind on posts now), but it was rough schlepping to the airport for a crack of dawn flight. I learned

- G and her husband play Scrabble
- G's husband plays the ukulele
- Breyers has REALLY shrunk their carton size
- Stillwater is the birthplace of Minnesota
