Help! I've bought into the hype. Don't ask me why. But, I'm experimenting with my daily multi-vitamin. I've been Steady-Eddie Centrum gal for as long as I can remember. But, in the quest for better nutritional health, I wanted to try something new, maybe better.
I ordered a three month supply of the Canyon Ranch Multi-Vitamins. I'll take it for three months and see if I feel any different. If not, I'll go back to my Centrum since it is more cost efficient at $0.10 a day vs. $1.00 a day.
