Kamehachi Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar

Dear Friends and Family,

Always game to try a new sushi restaurant, we went to Kamehachi for a late lunch/early dinner before the show. I ordered ala carte sushi and Mr. mouse ordered the nabayaki udon. The salmon wasn't as creamy as I'd like, but the mackerel was excellent and the eel nicely grilled. The salmon eggs and tamago rounded out my order nicely. Mr. mouse's udon looked delicious, and as a nice touch, they serve the tempura separately so it doesn't get too soggy. He could add each piece as he was ready for it. Brilliant!
