Dear Friends and Family,
I've been bad. I feel like I've fallen off of the Weight Watchers wagon the past five days. I haven't logged my points. I'm relatively certain I can't have strayed too far in that short a time, but, I feel like I've lost my commitment to my wellness. Or, maybe, I'm ready for something new.
I've debated a new approach. I know, relatively speaking, what my food should look like. What if, after my daily weigh in, I eat accordingly without counting points? Would I be able to maintain? I might try it the rest of this week. And see what next Tuesday's weigh in is.
Sorry, not much more on my mind. I'm drawing a blank here.
