Wow. That's tough to write. Two weeks, four pounds. Time to get back under control. First, there was the Chinese New Year party weekend - with prep food, party food and post party food. Then, there was LA. And, late dinners and bad breakfasts and agency snacking. And, there was the four days of non-stop grazing and eating junk, knowing that Tuesday it'd be time to pay the piper.
I had a notion (when planning maintenance out last year) of using Lent as a time to go back on the 18 points a day routine, as a time to remind myself of the good habits Weight Watchers teaches and as a time to remind myself that denial is sometimes a good thing. And, fortunately, Lent starts tomorrow, which means I start today.
