Dear Friends and Family,
I met up with a friend for dinner last night. We were insanely early for our dinner reservation. So, we went for a walk down Commonwealth Avenue. And, I remarked on how beautiful the moon was. It was perfectly round and full and bright and white.
Then, after dinner, back at the hotel room, I finished my email and logged out and read an article about a total lunar eclipse. And, I looked out the window. And, lo and behold, it was almost gone. Actually, I found out later, it was just coming back.
Still, it was good to watch it. As an added bonus, the eclipse plus an excellent dinner with a good friend did much to lift my spirits.
