You could blame it on a million and one possible reasons, ultimately it really doesn't matter why... The long and short of it - I missed a step while taking the garbage out and sprained my ankle. Did a real number on it too, judging by the swelling.
Ice, Advil and elevation for the first 24 hours. Then, heat, compression and rest. Sigh.
