More Adjustments

Goal weight. So many options on what to try this week.

I hit the gym pretty hard over the past three days to try to keep up with the guys on the fitness challenge. I know when I work out, it's a pound to a pound and half water weight. On the flip side, 24 points a day is a LOT of points to have to eat. Then there's the 8 Good Health Guidelines which I've kinda let fall by the wayside recently.

This week's magic formula? It's a guess, but I guess that's what maintenance is about, 22 points a day, 30 activity points for the calendar week, and a commitment to get in my 8 Good Health Guidelines.
