Go Hyang Korean Restaurant

Dear Friends and Family,

Simple, village, neighborhood style cooking. Mr. mouse had the potato soup which had more potatoes and pork in it, but was strongly flavored with fermented bean paste. I ordered the bulgogi dolsot bap which is a marinated beef served on top of rice in a stone hot pot. It was good, but I was in the mood for bibimbap, so I should have ordered the bibimbap. The meat was well marinated, but they add all of the juices from cooking it to the rice so the rice is risotto-like in consistency. I like the rice in the hot pot to get crispy from the heat. It's a matter of personal preference.

Overall rating: 6/10
