Kettle Brand Bakes Potato Chips

Dear Friends and Family,

Potato chips? Yes, potato chips.

Kettle Brand Bakes Potato Chips

What makes these chips worth writing about?

Two Weight Watchers points for 1 oz of chips. The bag, 4 oz, is slightly smaller than the super size Frito Lays bags. 1 oz of chips is a respectable amount of chips. It's not like those 100 calorie Oreo packs where you get 5 mini cookies crisps for two points. It's enough chips to make you feel like you had chips.

The ingredient list simple. It's got three ingredients: potatoes, safflower and/or sunflower oil, salt. In other words, not fake food, not diet food. For a potato chip, not even very heavily processed food.

Granted, they're not an every day item for me. But, they do work for an occasional treat. Much better than my prior baked chip choice which was baked Lays.

Cheers!
