Dear Friends and Family,
We went back to New Seoul Restaurant for dinner last night and it was every good as the first time we went. A tiny restaurant with very little going for it in terms of atmosphere, the food is absolutely delicious. The barbecue is over open charcoal, not gas. We had the kalbi and the bulgogi last night. Both were very thinly sliced, melt in your mouth tender, and well marinated. The last time we were there, one of the owners tossed some chestnuts on the grill for us when our meal was done. I think that endeared him to me forever.
