Frustrated with Paperless Billing

Dear Friends and Family,

Normally, I'm a big fan of paperless bills. They cut down on mail and reduce the chances of missing a payment. But, yesterday and today, I've been having trouble accessing my electric bill. I was able to pay it. But, I can't view it. It's in the ballpark, so I'm not concerned about the amount. But, I am tracking my electrical usage so I would like to see the details so I can compare the numbers.

PISSED! PEEVED! ANNOYED! TORQUED! FRUSTRATED!

Way to punish the customer for trying to do the right thing.
