Happy Winter Solstice

Dear Friends and Family,

I made it!

It's the winter solstice, which means after tonight, the days will start getting longer again. The last two weeks were the toughest. So, I'm hoping the same is true in the other direction. That after the next two weeks, it won't be as bad, light wise.

This week, I have the holidays and travel to sustain me. Then, I get the euphoria associated with the new year and new beginnings to keep me going. Then, hopefully, the sunlight will catch up and we can put it all behind us.

I slept in today. And, I'm feeling wonderful. Time to have some tea and ponder what I'll do today. A whole day to myself. So many options, so little time.

Cheers!
